How pricing works here

Every job starts with an assessment and ends the same way: a written scope with photos of the actual conditions and a firm price. Not an estimate that grows on the roof. If we open a wall of brick and find something the photos could not show, work stops and you get the finding and the revised number before anything continues. That is the whole policy and it does not have exceptions.

What firm means

The quote itemizes the work: materials, labor, access, cleanup. You can compare it line by line against anyone else's, which is exactly why we write it that way. Small diagnostic visits carry their own modest price, credited toward repair work that comes from them.

Payment and paperwork

Standard payment methods are accepted, larger projects split into a deposit and completion payment, and phased work is a legitimate way to sequence a big scope across seasons, crown and water-sealing first, cosmetics later. For storm, wind, or earthquake damage, our dated photo documentation is built for insurance conversations, and we will walk your adjuster through the findings when it helps the claim.

The honest-answer policy costs us jobs occasionally and we keep it anyway: if a chimney is safe as-is, or a cheaper repair holds, that is what the written scope says.
