Where we work

The service area is deliberately small: University Place at the center, plus the neighborhoods a crew reaches without burning a morning on I-5.

• University Place 98466 and 98467 — the whole city, north half and south half
• Fircrest — heavy mid-century brick inventory, our most common crown and mortar work
• Steilacoom — older stock still, including pre-war masonry
• Chambers Bay and Sunset Beach and Day Island — marine exposure homes where wind-driven rain and salt hit the west face hardest
• West Tacoma — the border neighborhoods along Sixth Ave west of Jackson and down through the Narrows corridor

Outside this footprint we usually decline rather than quote badly, though we are glad to point you toward someone reputable for your area.
